If your package states delivered but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to the shipping courier first as they will have more information about your package that we do. Once you reached out to the courier, feel free to contact us to further assist you.
We may need a case number if ever something has happened with your package.If your package turns out as “undeliverable” due to wrong or incomplete address, this will eventually be shipped back to us. Your package will subject to our standard 2-4 days processing time. We will contact you regarding the re-shipment of your package for an additional re-shipment fee, or you will have an option to refund your purchase minus any return fees*
